Can I come in to buy anytime?
In an effort to keep customer traffic well managed for everyone's safety, at this time we are seeing customers by appointment. Walk ins are welcome as long as we do not exceed maximum store occupancy.  Please call us at 732-219-5000 or email us with your name and phone number to bellia.shoes@aol.com

Will you still measure my child's feet when I come to your store?
Yes we will continue to provide the full service that you are accustomed to. Please be sure to bring clean socks for your child. We will Not measure or try on shoes without socks or dirty socks.

Are your customers required to wear a face mask?
Adults are required to wear face masks. Children under 7 are encouraged to wear one but not required.

Do I need to pick my styles before I come to the store or make payment in advance?
No. We will bring out a selection of styles and finalize the sale after a choice is made.  If you know what you need, we will be happy to have your merchandise ready, charge you in advance and bring it out to your car.

What steps are you taking to keep me and my kids safe when I visit your store?

We will be wearing a face mask and/or plastic face shield. We are keeping store traffic to a bare minimum by seeing our valued customers by appointment.
We sanitize our measuring device before and after we measure each child.
We have hand sanitizers throughout the store and by the entrance. We sanitize the counters and seating areas throughout the day.

I purchased my shoes online. Can I return or exchange at your store?
We are a privately owned and operated store with no affiliations to other corporations. At this time we do not take returns or exchanges purchased online or from other stores.

What is your return policy?
Unworn merchandise with original receipt or customers with a personal file may return for a full refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days. Worn or dirty merchandise due to manufacture defects can be returned within 30 days for exchange or store credit. Seasonal merchandise and dress shoes, store credit only within 7 days.
